Personality is defined by their characteristics, behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. These aspects start developing during childhood, and are strengthened and molded as the person grows into adulthood.

Kids learn basic skills and simple rules. As kids get older, differences in ability and personality become more apparent. Commitmentand interest level often go along with ability

 Age Group 13 to 17
While this is a difficult phase, must realize that this is also the phase where individuals are molded. Some of the key areas of personality development those are valuable for teenagers include improving self-confidence, self-motivation, nurturing talents, overcoming identity crisis and peer influence.

Encouraging them to think about what defines them and what line of interest they would like to pursue and to improve self-confidence, leadership and team spirit.

Giving them space, time and constant guidance is a far more effective way of encouraging teenage personality development.
